Owen is bringing his passion and experience into his third year of coaching tennis. He’s had the opportunity to work with some amazing clubs like EJTS, Greenfield Tennis Club, Capilano Tennis Club, and the Royal Glenora Club, and now he’s ready to make his mark here at Garneau! “I’m excited to join the Garneau community and contribute to its thriving tennis environment, whether on the court or behind the desk. Outside of tennis, I’ve played club soccer throughout my life and I’m always eager to discuss any aspect of the sport.”

Will is a 4th-year University of Alberta student with a deep passion for sport. Growing up playing tennis and volleyball at the Saville Centre in Edmonton, Will knows the power of sport to bring people together. Last year, he loved getting to know all the members at the club, and this summer, he’s excited to continue sharing his love of sport with our amazing community.

Hannah is a passionate volleyball player with experience at all levels – from Jr. High to club, beach, and high school volleyball, where she won two City Championships with Strathcona High School! She’s also coached a U13 girls' club team, assisted with high school basketball, taught swimming to kids of all abilities, and mentored in Special Olympics events. Currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Psychology at the University of Victoria, Hannah continues to play intramural volleyball and mentors kids with disabilities in field hockey. She thrives in coaching, team play, and skill development, while always making the game fun!

Sara is a high school student and a passionate volleyball player who spends her spare time playing, thinking about, and training for volleyball. When she’s not on the court, you’ll find her playing with her dog or hanging out with her family. This is Sara’s first year working with us, and she’s looking forward to learning, laughing, and having a great time while supporting everyone on the beach and tennis courts.

Conor brings with him a wealth of tennis experience, having played competitively in juniors for years and consistently ranked in the top 5 in Alberta! 🏆 His coaching journey spans over two years, with experience at the Derrick, Capilano, and EJTS, helping athletes of all levels improve their game. When he's not on the court, you’ll find Conor hitting the slopes skiing in the winter and staying active in the gym all year long!
