Get ready to hit the sand! Join us for a series of 4 beach volleyball pre-season training sessions designed to build your stamina, sharpen your skills, and prepare you for the upcoming season.
In partnership, Garneau and ASPIRE are offering fun, high-intensity training sessions that cater to all skill levels—whether you’re just getting started or looking to elevate your game. Expect a mix of drills, gameplay, and conditioning in an energetic and supportive environment.
Participants can register for individual sessions or sign up for all four to maximize their training.
Details:
- Wednesdays (6:30-8:00pm) and Sundays (6:00-7:30pm) -> Dates= April 29, May 3, 6, 10
- All sessions are 1.5 hours
- Open to both members and non-members
- Discounted pricing for Garneau members (already reflected in registration cost)
- All skill levels welcome

Cancellation Policy:
Withdrawals or cancellations made within 7 days of a session will not be eligible for reimbursement.
*Dates cancelled due to weather or air quality will either be made up or refunded back to participant

- Tuesday – Men’s Twos
- Wednesday – Coed Twos
- Thursday – Reverse Coed Twos
- Sunday – Coed 4’s League (***NEW only 8 weeks)

Beach Tennis is where tennis meets summer vibes—fast-paced, social, and played right on the sand. Think of it as a mix between tennis and beach volleyball: no bounces, quick reflexes, and nonstop action. Players use paddles to rally over the net, diving, laughing, and pulling off highlight-worthy shots along the way.
It’s easy to pick up, incredibly fun to play, and perfect for all skill levels.
Whether you’re looking to compete or just soak up the sun with great music and even better company, beach tennis is all about energy, connection, and good times on the sand.
Join us for drop-in play on weekdays and select weekends, with instruction from Brad Taschuk. Racquets and balls are provided—just show up and jump right in!
Join us Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 10am-3pm. Sign up for hourly play and some instruction with Brad. Members = $10/hour, non members = $12/hour includes rental equipment

Saturday, June 6, 2026 | 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Sign up your teams of 2 (one male and one female) but play as fours! Teams will be placed into pools and rotate through matches, playing in all combinations as groups of 4.
Scoring:
Standings will be based on matches won first, followed by point differential.
After pool play, all teams will be ranked overall.
Playoffs:
Top-ranked teams will get to choose a pair from outside the top teams to join them for playoffs.

Back by popular demand… we’re bringing the chaos back to the sand this Canada Day with a coed fours beach volleyball tournament!
This year’s theme: Special Holidays & Events 
Come dressed as your favourite day of the year or iconic celebration — think Oktoberfest, Christmas, New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, Easter, or anything festive, weird, and creative. The more over-the-top, the better.
Expect the same wild energy as last year’s Eurovision beach event — with a format that’s just as chaotic, social, and ridiculously fun. We’re mixing things up again with unique rotations, unexpected matchups, and creative twists on traditional beach volleyball. No two games will feel the same.

We’ll keep you fueled all day with lunch, drinks, and snacks provided, so you can focus on what really matters: great plays, great costumes, and great vibes.

NBVL’s mission is to cultivate a professional environment for both men’s and women’s Beach Volleyball in Canada through the development of professional leagues.
On Fridays from May 23 to July 11, semi-professional volleyball players will compete in teams from 6pm to 9pm in a men’s and women’s doubles format at the Garneau Beach Courts.
Come stop in, cheer on the athletes and watch all the exciting action take place.
