Registration is now open for our Canada Day Cup tennis event, taking place on Wednesday, July 1. This friendly and competitive event welcomes players of all skill levels!
Dress to Impress: Start coordinating your team’s look! There is a major prize on the line for Best Team Spirit & Attire.
Come Hungry: Your registration covers light breakfast refreshments, pastries, and fresh coffee during morning warmups, as well as your catered Co De Hue lunch spread and soft drinks throughout the day.
Support the Courts: Make sure to bring some pocket change or a card to check out our Sea Change Alcohol Station and participate in a silent auction and 50/50 in support of our court replacement!
How it works:
- The Event: Pick a country to represent, dress up in your most festive team attire, and compete for both the championship title and the coveted best team spirit and attire prize!
- The Format: A fast-paced, 10 point tiebreak team format. Teams of 5-10 (minimum two women) face off in a round-robin format. Each matchup between teams features tiebreaks of men’s and women’s singles, men’s and women’s doubles, and mixed doubles. Each game counts towards your team’s place in the standings!
- Fuel for the Day (including with your registration)
- Morning: Kick things off with light breakfast refreshments, pastries, and coffee to power your warm-up.
- Lunch: A catered Vietnamese lunch spread from Co Do Hue to keep your energy up for the afternoon rounds.
- Off-Court Activities: Between matches, test your skills at our instructor-led stations, enjoy some tastings and beverages from Sea Change Brewing, and take home some prizes by bidding on silent auction items and buying your 50/50 tickets in support of our court replacement project.
